Artist Statement:
About/Style: A multi-cultural/ethnic/lingual female in search of creative self-expression… Experiences, studies, work, and life on 3 continents (Europe, Middle East and North America) trickle their way into my ‘art’ with hopes to bring my personal life into my outward expression of it. Expression/Mediums: As a ‘multi’+ female, I am driven first by color, then by medium, in a continuous experiment of ‘art’ from painting, arts and crafts, interior design, and fashion. I enjoy learning to apply and combine different materials in exploration of fun and unique experiences as well as compositions. The idea of repetitive style and materials in this particular time is a complete discouragement. I want my studio and my art to be an escape of the mundane life of the everyday and be a place of freedom to choose subject, material, and scale.
