Artist Statement:
I am a plein air painter, and I return to the same locations to complete my large paintings on site. I find plein air painting essential in todays world, when people are seemingly connected online, but are becoming increasingly detached from our environmental and from humanity. Over the past decade, I have been focusing on cityscapes and nature in the urban environment.
