Artist Statement:
Art, for me, is a mix of philosophy, psychology, and aesthetics. Contemporary art is a modern philosophy. I want the viewer to feel the energy and power that flows through the painting and take a better awareness of themselves and how they see the world. My art is a mirror that invites the viewer to become the object and have a subjective experience at the moment. The artwork that I create can be named as abstract, symbolic, dynamic and expressionist. Birds are an important theme, and a few times I realized that abstract painting became beautiful for me when I started seeing birds on it. Im interested in symbols in general and the symbol of the time in particular. I often use large expressive strokes that show the direction of movement and force and let the process flow naturally.
